Grey Oaks Country Club, a premier Club and employer in Southwest Florida is seeking an individual to assist with membership. Working closely with the Director of membership and Communications, the Membership Assistant will assist in all aspects of membership.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining member records
  • Preparing and updating monthly and annual membership reports
  • Communicating and assisting prospective members with the membership process
  • Conducting Club tours
  • Assisting the Director in scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective members

Qualifications:

  • Strong listening, oral, written communication skills
  • Highly professional demeanor, outgoing and positive personality
  • A proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to adhere to a strict level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be adaptable
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience in a service/hospitality industry of membership is desirable
