Grey Oaks Country Club, a prestigious Club in Naples, Florida, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Golf Course Maintenance Facility. Working closely with the Director of Agronomy, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: file management, processing invoices, purchase orders, record keeping, inventory tracking, processing requisitions, and completing other administrative duties.

Qualifications, Abilities and Experience:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Organized and professional
  • Familiarity of phone systems with multiple lines and functions in answering, retrieving voicemail messages and routing calls
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred
