About the Position

This is a part-time position, reporting to the Wellness Director. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests promoting wellness through professional massages and inspiring a healthy and respectful community. You will embody wellness appreciation and work with members and guests to assist members to feel comfortable and appreciate the core values of Grey Oaks.

About Grey Oaks Country Club

Considered one of the premier Country Clubs in Florida, Grey Oaks opened in 1993 and encompasses the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities, along with 54 holes of championship golf. The Club's facilities include a 63,000-square-foot east clubhouse, 12,000-square-foot golf pro shop, golf performance center, 30,000-square-foot wellness center, sports center, and the pool café, a 22,000-square-foot complex with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking an expansive resort-style pool with a wading entrance, waterfall, and lap lanes.

Our racquets programs include 6 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts.

Additionally, The Estuary offers a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the golf course, as well as a golf pro shop and his-and-her locker and card rooms.

About You

You are an experienced massage professional with a passion for wellness programs and an eagerness to work with members on their wellness goals. Your enthusiasm shows to all who meet you. You understand and live by the concept of being a "team player," making sure that collaboration is essential to your success, as well as the success of those you work with. At the same time, you have enough experience and strength to ensure the right thing is being done.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive intake form and SOAP notes for massage clients.
  • Conducts all massage offerings.
  • Ensures execution of massage treatment standards to exceed member expectations.
  • Recommends massage treatments based on member interests and needs.
  • Follow Wellness Center procedures and protocols.
  • Follow emergency procedures and reporting incidents/accidents.
  • Adheres to and enforces workplace safety policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate daily with the front desk on any booking issues or questions.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments.


  • High school diploma or GED minimum.
  • Massage Education or certification a plus.
  • 3 -4 years experience in Massage technique including, but not limited to, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
